SHIPPING/PRODUCTION
All domestic orders are shipped first class via USPS with delivery confirmation. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please allow up to 5-10 days for production time as most items are made to order. Items listed as "in stock and ready to ship" will ship within 1-2 days of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for damaged items only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND REPAIRS

Due to the nature of vintage and salvaged material, slight differences in colors or marks of age may be on the materials used to create your jewelry. Please expect the color and tone of your piece to vary slightly from the one photographed.

Each piece of jewelry is constructed by hand and is very delicate. Please care for your jewelry by keeping it out of water and removing it to shower or to exercise. Keep your jewelry in a secure, dry place in between uses.

Repairs are accepted, and are subject to a fee depending on the nature of the damage.

MEASUREMENTS/CUSTOMIZATIONS

Necklace chain measurements are taken with the jewelry unclasped and laid flat.
Specific measurements or chain style customization is available, and may include additional pricing.

PAYMENT

Payment is accepted by Paypal or check. Fifty percent of the total order is due up front. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your order.

Wholesale prices are listed at 50% of suggested retail prices. Additional discounts are available with a minimum order of $500 (See below). Ten percent tax is applied to each order.
